I’m looking for senior leadership roles where I can build strategic partnerships, own corridor and remittance go-to-market execution, and drive measurable revenue growth through pricing, channel adoption, and cross-functional integration.

I am a senior partnerships and commercial growth leader with 15+ years of experience in remittances, banking, fintech, and cross-border payments across Latin America and the Caribbean. I build institutional partnerships and translate complex payment capabilities into revenue-generating commercial models.

In my recent role as Senior Manager, Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at TerraPay, I lead business development and strategic partnerships across Central America, the Caribbean, Mexico, and Northern South America. I closed and launched 15 strategic partnerships, built a qualified pipeline of 25 opportunities, and developed go-to-market strategies for new corridors and use cases. Previously at Banco Ficohsa, I managed a remittance portfolio exceeding $1B and delivered more than $5M in annual revenue in banking remittances, while increasing market share to 14% through partner strategy and pricing optimization.

I also bring a disciplined partner lifecycle approach—from prospecting and onboarding to integration and launch—supported by strong executive stakeholder management. I guide partners through due diligence, compliance review, and technical integration, and I focus on measurable channel and digital growth, including expanding digital remittance reception from 14% to 35%.
