I'm exploring Product and Program Management roles at global, remote-first technology companies, where I can lead cross-functional, AI-driven product initiatives and deliver measurable customer and revenue outcomes.

At PagerDuty, I've built its AI-first MCP community to 261 active accounts, secured a GitHub MCP Registry listing, and directed Incident Workflow Actions and 10+ SRE agent tools that contributed more than $16M in ARR impact.

I've also owned strategy execution for a $30M professional services portfolio, redesigned the Premium Customer Portal across six applications, and improved operational visibility through BI dashboards, forecasting, time tracking, and utilization reporting. Earlier at Agrosuper, I ran PMO for a $17M commercial savings program and automated strategic KPIs by connecting technical teams with business stakeholders.
