I’m a senior commercial leader with more than 25 years of experience in software quality, digital transformation, and growth strategy, with a strong track record in banking and financial services. I combine commercial leadership with practical credibility in software quality assurance, quality engineering, transformation programmes, and enterprise change.

I’ve led growth by helping technology, testing, and consulting organisations open new markets, build strategic partnerships, and win complex client engagements. I’m particularly effective in roles that require solution-led selling, senior stakeholder engagement, market expansion, and commercially strong proposition development.

Since founding Ronin in Jul 2024, I’ve built a specialist consultancy focused on software quality, transformation assurance, and commercial strategy. I’ve also led commercial strategy and growth across non-education sectors, driving go-to-market, partnership development, and revenue development for software testing, automation, and quality-led services.

Previously, I held senior leadership at Cigniti Technologies (Associate Vice President / Director, UK & Europe) from Sep 2016 to Jun 2024, leading UK and Europe commercial growth for software testing, QA, and digital transformation services. Earlier, as Managing Director at City Test Limited from Mar 2003 to Sep 2016, I built a software testing recruitment and consultancy business—developing deep market knowledge, industry relationships, and long-term commercial capability.
