At Pirios S.A., part of the Asseco Data Systems Group, I lead IT operations and transformation as COO and IT Director. I developed a reorganization strategy for a 115-person IT company that increased one key department’s capacity from 180 to 500 concurrent service requests.

I’ve delivered 58 IT systems—including ERP, contact center, data warehouse, and tailored solutions—with a total net value of 130.9 million PLN. I implemented call center projects for 28 customers, built and led IT project teams, and introduced Jira for 97 users to provide real-time project and cost visibility.

Previously at Silvermedia and Comarch, I delivered projects for major clients, designed a Microsoft Azure data warehouse solution for sales-bonus calculations and executive reporting, and turned an IT department’s annual loss into profit within three years. I combine technical delivery, business strategy, people leadership, and lasting client and subcontractor relationships to deliver meaningful value cost-effectively.
