At ClearScale, I moved internal engineering to an AI-native model: production systems on AWS are delivered with code written by AI agents under my architecture, review and delivery guardrails. I also brought the agent harnesses and rules into a delivery approach adapted for client projects.
When AI costs were growing and spending was hard to trace, I built automated reporting and introduced per-person and per-project accounting through a company-wide LLM gateway. AI spend fell roughly threefold, and leadership can now see adoption across the company.
At Edipresse Polska S.A., I worked with the board and business teams to transform a print publisher into a digital business; digital revenue share grew from about 15% to about 85%. I also moved 250 servers to the cloud in 2.5 months, reducing infrastructure costs by about 30% a year, and built the GDPR consent system across its portals.
