I teach Italian online to Polish students through Microsoft Teams, creating personalised A1–B2 learning materials and supporting grammar, conversation, pronunciation and vocabulary development.
I also sell furniture, antiques and collectible items in an antique shop, serving customers in person, by phone and online. I handle payments, supplier contact, product presentation, packing and minor repairs.
My customer-facing experience also includes working in German ice-cream shops, where I took orders, operated the cash register and prepared ice cream and coffee in an international environment.
I'm a native Italian speaker with B2 German, B1/B2 English and B1 Polish. I'm available immediately for part-time, remote Italian-language customer service work.
