What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-focused receptionist/customer service role where I can manage bookings, rosters, cash-ups, and daily front-desk operations, while continuing to learn, grow, and support my team to meet targets.

I’m a people-oriented receptionist with strong administrative and customer service skills, and I’ve built a solid background in the beauty industry for quite some time. I’m hardworking, energetic, and I genuinely enjoy a challenge—taking pride in delivering high-quality work while mentoring or teaching others where possible.

In my current role at Sorbet, I handle guest bookings and confirmations, manage staff rosters, complete daily cash ups, and support the owner with PA duties. Previously, as a Spa Receptionist and Front Desk Coordinator at Deluxe Laser & Spa and at Partners Hair Design, I managed front-desk and administrative tasks, supported retail sales, handled customer complaints and returns, and oversaw day-to-day salon operations and monthly stock.
