I own SUSE's AI platform, covering architecture, integrations, tooling, controls, and adoption, alongside enterprise service management and the internal digital workplace.
At SUSE, I lead AI enablement programmes, use-case pipelines, training, community building, and reporting on usage and productivity gains. I also oversee digital workplace services, End User Computing, service catalogue development, SLA reporting, change governance, budgets, vendors, and global migrations including Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace.
Previously, I led country operations, sales, finances, delivery, and regional growth at NSC Global across the Nordics and Benelux, supporting global clients including AT&T, BT, Orange, and Nouryon.
Across IBM, Infosys BPO, and NSC Global, I've built and led multicultural technical service organizations of up to 400 people, managed commercial performance and transitions, and delivered client-facing IT operations that hold up in daily use.
