I'm seeking an entry-level opportunity where I can apply analytical, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills, deliver value, support business growth, and continue developing technical and interpersonal competencies.

I've supported medical insurance customers at Fidelity Insurance, handling inquiries, claims capturing, and policy-related requests in a KPI-driven call center environment.

Previously, I assisted Realab Diagnostic Laboratory with sample preparation, labeling, diagnostic testing, records, biosafety, and quality control. At ACK Rongai CDC, I managed data entry, filing, document preparation, customer service, calls, emails, calendars, and spreadsheets.
