I am a human resources professional with hands-on experience in HR operations, member-facing insurance support, and nonprofit financial and communications work. I combine HR administration knowledge with strong customer advocacy to preserve relationships and solve complex issues.

At USAA, I supported diverse members through meaningful conversations, met or exceeded sales objectives, collaborated with underwriting and IT on technical and compliance problems, and de-escalated complex billing and eligibility conflicts. I also coordinated feedback sessions to foster psychological safety for frontline teammates.

Previously as an HR Generalist, I administered payroll, benefits, leave, and performance improvement plans, maintained compliant personnel records, recruited and onboarded applicants using HRIS, and assisted in investigations of complaints. I emphasize GAAP, SAP familiarity, and an ownership mindset in all HR processes.

In volunteer work I audit financial records for compliance and support brand-aligned marketing and social media efforts. I am detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and bring impeccable time management and relationship-building skills to every role.
