In my current role with Benton County Government, I serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for ADP and Innoprise/CitySuite. I lead end-to-end HR/payroll software transition and implementation—handling configuration, deployment, and user training—while maintaining multiple applications to reduce downtime and keep operations moving.

I also focus on root-cause resolution and operational excellence: monitoring and analyzing application logs, collaborating with vendors to escalate complex integration issues, and generating compliant reports for employees, management, and regulatory agencies. Whether it’s administering user access and security roles, configuring payroll schedules and workflow processes, or documenting intricate procedures, I bring precision, continuous learning, and a bias for improving workflows through automation.
