What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my mortgage broking experience, customer focus and commercial sales performance into an established UK mortgage adviser environment.

At C24 Baufinanzierungsservice GmbH (CHECK24 Group), I combined hands-on mortgage advice with team leadership in a high-volume digital mortgage environment. I personally advised on approximately €2M of mortgage financing per month while leading a team generating approximately €10M monthly.

I assessed customer needs, affordability, income, liabilities, creditworthiness and lending risk. I applied lender policies and mortgage criteria to structure financing solutions and supported applications through to completion.

I managed complex cases from initial consultation through documentation and lender interaction, including escalations and complaints. I also worked with Product Management, IT, credit departments and partner banks to support case resolution and process improvements.

Earlier, I advised private and retail banking customers at Volksbank Düsseldorf Neuss eG, Commerzbank AG and VerbundVolksbank OWL eG. I hold Full CeMAP with Merit from Walbrook Institute London and bring experience across the German and DACH mortgage markets.
