At Advance Auto Parts, I supported company-owned and independently owned CarQuest stores as they made sales and grew their businesses. I researched sales with Commercial Area Managers and helped stores find parts and equipment.
I made outbound calls to auto parts manufacturers to check that orders shipped on time and customers received them. I also educated store members on tools and equipment and assisted throughout sales, from a $1 item to a $20,000+ item.
Most recently, I delivered packages for Legacy Delivery, meeting route goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction and assisting other drivers when needed. My other experience includes residential sales at ADT Security Services and customer support at DISH Network L.L.C.
