What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my leadership skills in lacrosse operations, focusing on team development and strategic growth.

I am a dedicated professional with extensive experience in lacrosse operations, having served in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. My journey began as a Personal Lines Producer and Partner at HJM Insurance Brokers, where I honed my sales and management skills. Transitioning into the lacrosse world, I became the Head Coach and General Manager of the Arizona Sting Lacrosse Club, where I led the team to the NLL Champions Cup Finals and was recognized as both the NLL General Manager of the Year and Head Coach of the Year in the same season.

Most recently, I held the position of Vice President of Lacrosse Operations and General Manager at Panther City Lacrosse Club. Under my leadership, the team made significant strides, including playoff appearances in our second and third years. I take pride in my ability to develop talent, as evidenced by drafting multiple Rookie of the Year nominees and hiring award-winning coaches. My commitment to fostering a positive team culture and driving operational excellence has been a hallmark of my career.
