What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead African language consulting and language services—combining translation/localization with linguistic analysis and NLP/corpus research to deliver high-quality language technology outcomes.

I’m a Native African Language Expert, Linguist, Researcher, and Language Services professional, focused on African languages and the workflows that bring them to life through translation, localization, and linguistic analysis. With my Ph.D. in Linguistics, I connect rigorous research thinking to real-world language deliverables.

In my role as a Senior African Language Consultant (2023–Present), I provide expert language consulting, and I also work as a freelance native African language expert (2020–Present). Previously, I served as a Research Associate for African Linguistics & Language Preservation (2019–2022), strengthening my research and language technology capabilities across projects, corpora, and NLP-driven language work.
