I am a CRM specialist with over eight years of experience blending customer-relationship strategy with data-driven decision making to boost retention and engagement.

I have led CRM strategy, content management, and multi-channel campaigns while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and advertising teams to align initiatives with customer insights.

Technically, I build dashboards and automated reports in Power BI, work with SQL and Python, and apply analytical methods learned through a Data Science course at Sharif University’s Academic Jihad Institute.
