What I'm looking for

I’m looking to leverage my enterprise identity, Microsoft 365 administration, and IT support experience in a global consulting environment—delivering client-focused solutions, improving operational efficiency, and owning reliable systems outcomes.

I’m an IT Analyst and Systems & Technology Consultant based in Canada, with 4+ years of progressive experience delivering technology solutions in enterprise environments. I focus on systems analysis, infrastructure deployment, identity & access management, and cross-functional IT support.

In my current role (GardaWorld / ECAM, Stealth Monitoring), I deliver end-to-end IT setup and deployment for enterprise AI-driven surveillance platforms across North American client sites. I administer Active Directory and Azure AD, manage user provisioning, group policies, and access controls for 200+ users, and lead Microsoft 365 administration across Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

I’ve strengthened reliability and operational efficiency by handling device imaging and hardware deployment (desktops, laptops, printers), plus Windows/macOS troubleshooting using SCCM across distributed environments. I also provide Tier 1/2 remote support using AnyDesk, RDP, TeamViewer, and Splashtop, documenting resolutions in ServiceNow knowledge base to reduce repeat incidents.

Previously, I served as a primary IT support contact at Catholic Children’s Aid Society, improving service response times and building SharePoint intranet sites and Microsoft Forms solutions for internal workflows. I also supported major enterprise environments through Service Desk Analyst work at Enbridge Gas (contract) and an IT Analyst internship (York 1), including Windows Server administration support and cloud migration initiatives.
