In my most recent role at Ryanair (Cabin Crew / Customer Service Agent), I managed full in-flight service operations for 180+ passengers in tight turnaround environments. I maintained control of cabin service flow while ensuring compliance with strict safety procedures, and I took ownership of passenger situations—resolving issues efficiently without disrupting operations.
