Currently working as Deputy Manager / Freight Manager, supporting overall business operations and working closely with Management, Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service and global partners. My experience includes operational management, freight pricing and negotiations, profitability and cost control, budgeting and forecasting, business performance monitoring, SOP development, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
Throughout my career, I have built strong relationships with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, overseas agents, vendors and customers, while managing both day-to-day operations and complex logistics requirements.
I am a hands-on and results-oriented professional who believes in teamwork, accountability and finding practical solutions to operational and commercial challenges. I enjoy developing people, improving processes and contributing to sustainable business growth.
With my combination of logistics, operations, commercial and management experience, I am looking to continue growing into senior leadership roles within the Freight Forwarding, Logistics and Supply Chain industry.
