I’m a highly organized logistics professional currently working as a Logistics Operation Supervisor (Air/Sea), focused on keeping import shipments moving from arrivals through last-mile delivery. I prioritize speed and accuracy by ensuring the team stays on track, updating dedicated applications and ledgers on time, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to prevent delays.

Previously, I advanced through coordination into supervisor-level responsibilities, and I also built deep operational capability as a Cargo Officer with Lufthansa Cargo. I handled global tracing for lost, high-priority, and valuable cargo; coordinated recovery efforts with airports via email; managed mis-routed cargo through rerouting/rebooking; and supported process creation, reports, and workarounds as a quality controller and shift-in-charge. I bring an active, customer-first approach—handling inquiries, procuring and negotiating rates with overseas agents, and using tools like the Flair system to keep shipment files and live tracking accurate.
