Riza Tabago

I’m a self-dedicated and highly motivated individual who aims to leverage my knowledge, skills and credentials to fill a position in your company. I bring a mix of customer-facing experience, teaching training, and leadership through hands-on roles.

I completed my Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education, Major in Home Economics at the University of Caloocan City, Cum Laude (2018–2022). Through this path, I built a foundation in practical learning, leadership, and communication, supported by strong performance from school to internship.

In work experience, I served as Server/Staff (Internship) at Shakey’s Pizza Parlor (360 hours, 2018) and completed an Educator (Internship) role at Manuel Luis Quezon High School (6 months, 2022). Most recently, I worked as a Customer Service Advocate at Optum Global Solutions (2023–2025), where I strengthened my customer service and problem-handling mindset.

I also expanded into operations and service-focused work as Head Business Administrator (2025–2026), alongside Electronic Products Assemble and Servicing NC II. I’ve earned relevant trainings and recognition, including Science and Technology Corporation programs and a SuperHero Award (2025), and I hold an Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) license.
