At SG Power Products, I search and screen tenders for the company’s products, then prepare and submit technical and commercial bids with the required compliance documents.

At Quick Sense Innovations Pvt. Ltd., I managed the GeM seller catalogue across 60+ product categories and prepared and submitted 20+ GeM bids a month. I also handled buyer queries and followed orders from PO acceptance through delivery, invoicing and payment.

At Sky Seeker Research Pvt. Ltd., I supported 150+ bids on GeM and CPPP, compiling documents in the required annexure format and preparing BOQ sheets and rate comparisons. I created a central tender tracker for due dates, EMD status and results that the team still uses as its standard reference.

I’ve also built Python tender-data automation using Selenium, Streamlit and Supabase to collect and track new tenders. I hold an MBA in Marketing and Finance and am looking for a tender or bid management role in Patna and Bihar.
