At SUN TEKNOLOZY, I coordinate government, PSU and institutional tenders through GeM, CPPP and other e-procurement portals. I review tender requirements and prepare technical and commercial bid documentation with input from OEMs, sales and technical teams.
I also coordinate EMD and PBG documentation, track tender outcomes and review post-award obligations. For supply and project execution, I follow up on material schedules and coordinate the required project records.
My work also includes import documentation, where I verify Bills of Entry against bank Outward Remittance records. Earlier, as a Testing Engineer at COGNIZANT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS (CTS), I performed test execution, supported defect reporting and maintained testing documentation.
