Ltd., I independently manage the full tender lifecycle, from analysing tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and commercial terms to preparing bids and post-award documentation. I coordinate with estimation, engineering, finance, procurement, PSU officials, and clients to keep pre-award and post-award formalities on track.

My work includes EMDs, Power of Attorney, Integrity Pacts, agreements, indemnity bonds, certificates, financial statements, vendor registrations, corrigenda, clarifications, and bid openings across GeM, CPPP, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, GAIL, ONGC, and state e-procurement portals.

Before moving into tendering, I built eight years of experience in administration, operations, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. I bring structured documentation and procurement discipline that helps improve bid quality, reduce submission errors, and support contract wins.
