What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Data Analyst role, ideally at a Big 4 firm, where I can apply Tableau, advanced Excel, forensic analysis, business intelligence, and research experience to data-driven decision-making.

I've spent over four years at Astegic Infosoft managing client and internal tickets end-to-end, conducting daily data audits, and keeping deliverables on track through SLA management.

I'm Deloitte Certified in Data Analytics through the Forage virtual internship, where I built interactive Tableau dashboards, performed forensic data analysis, and worked with advanced Excel on business case studies.

Earlier at Girnar Car Dekho, I handled customer retention, billing concerns, lead generation, and structured feedback to improve service quality. I'm now transitioning into a Data Analyst role, bringing research, client management, auditing, and team-training experience.
