What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented Business Analyst and Operations professional with around 2 years of hands-on experience building Excel-based performance dashboards, managing CRM data, and supporting business reporting across BFSI and BPO environments. I enjoy translating raw, messy data into clear insights that help management make better decisions.
In my most recent role, I built and maintained 10+ Excel-based performance dashboards used by senior management for weekly tracking of key business metrics. By coordinating with 3 cross-functional teams and automating reporting tasks, I helped reduce manual effort by approximately 30%, while keeping reporting data accurate end-to-end.
I’ve also owned operational reporting workflows, from data collection and cleaning to final delivery, and strengthened stakeholder alignment through requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, SLA tracking, and business process support. I’m comfortable handling the day-to-day rhythm of reporting—careful attention to detail, consistent updates, and reliable follow-through.
After a planned career break (2022–2026), I’ve been actively upskilling in Power BI and Google Data Analytics and building familiarity with remote work tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace. I’m fully available for immediate joining in remote / WFH roles and open to pan-India opportunities.
