I’m a final-year BBA student and co-founder with 1.5 years of entrepreneurial experience, where I owned end-to-end operations and performance for a cloud kitchen. I built my approach around measurable outcomes—turning daily execution into clear signals for better decisions.

I bring a strong foundation in business metrics, pricing, and supply planning. In daily operations, I managed vendor coordination, pricing strategy, and tracked performance through daily P&L to keep profitability drivers visible and actionable.

I also built Excel-based performance trackers to monitor sales trends, order patterns, and cost margins. By using demand analysis to refine menu pricing and procurement decisions, I improved contribution margins while streamlining inventory management and order-fulfillment workflows.

Alongside operations, I apply analytics to real problems through SQL, Excel, Power BI, and data modeling tools like Power Query and DAX. My retail sales performance projects focus on KPI dashboards, seasonal trend discovery, and pricing/expansion recommendations—because I enjoy translating data into practical business strategy.
