What I'm looking for

I’m looking to begin a career in Business Analysis, contributing to data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and actionable business insights.

While operating my independent cloud kitchen, I managed day-to-day business operations, from menu planning and sourcing to order tracking and delivery coordination. The business served 60–70 recurring monthly subscription orders.

I monitored customer preferences and demand patterns to inform menu planning, ingredient requirements, and operational decisions. I also maintained customer and order records to track subscriptions and fulfillment.

I evaluated business performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve menu offerings, pricing, customer experience, and operations. I’m eager to begin a career in Business Analysis and contribute to data-driven decision-making and actionable business insights.
