At Tata Consultancy Services, I support the ServiceNow platform by resolving production tickets and incidents within SLA timelines, monitoring availability, managing access controls, and creating management reports and dashboards.
I previously tested ServiceNow GRC, ITSM, and other modules, developing test plans, maintaining traceability matrices, and executing functional and regression testing across releases and clones. Using ServiceNow ATF, I helped achieve 90% test automation while validating custom GRC business processes, risks, and controls against compliance frameworks.
I've collaborated with developers and DPOs on requirements and acceptance criteria, contributed to sprint planning, and received On Spot Awards and client appreciation for critical defect fixes and timely delivery. I also bring hands-on project experience with Python, CNN-based face recognition, Raspberry Pi, IoT, and ROS.
