What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable enterprise automation and AIOps solutions, partnering with business and technical teams on observability, event intelligence, remediation, and process improvement.

At Tata Consultancy Services (Digitate), I build and orchestrate enterprise automation workflows on the Digitate ignio AIOps platform. My work automates event management, closed-loop remediation, and IT operations across retail, pharma, and transportation.

I integrate Grafana and Dynatrace event correlation with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM and REST APIs to support patch management, application health checks, and storage administration. I use Python, Bash, PowerShell, and Groovy to create reliable workflows with authentication and error handling.

Previously, I developed Java and Spring Boot microservices using Apache Kafka for real-time rate ingestion, validation, transformation, and processing. I also contributed Angular and JavaScript CRM modules supporting more than 100 SMB clients.

I've worked across CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, SQL Server, and Pentaho ETL. I partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation and process-improvement solutions.
