What I'm looking for

I'm interested in roles focused on ServiceNow Development, Software Testing, Test Automation and Quality Engineering. I am open to entry-level Cybersecurity roles as well.

At MUFG Pension & Market Services, I developed, tested, and customized ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and Customer Service Management. I automated requester onboarding by connecting Inbound Email Actions with Transform Maps, reducing manual processing time by 60%.

I also performed UAT by executing and retesting documented cases, identifying defects, and debugging solutions. I configured and validated data across 10+ Platform Analytics dashboards and KPI reports, and contributed to BAU enhancements.

During my Red Team Analyst Fellowship at DeepCytes Cyber Labs (UK), I conducted penetration testing, two OSINT investigations, vulnerability assessments, and reconnaissance. I also produced security assessment reports and remediation recommendations.

In my academic projects, I engineered an ESP32-CAM-based plant-monitoring rover and developed a Python-Flask backend. I also modeled smart-grid attack scenarios using MATLAB/Simulink and evaluated machine learning-based detection models.
