What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an opportunity in customer service or client support where I can help customers, solve problems, learn new systems, improve processes, and contribute to positive customer experiences.

In my current Consumer Care Coordinator role, I support customers in a fast-paced e-commerce environment using Zendesk and Shopify. I manage orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, and escalations.

At Carnival Cruise Lines, I assisted guests with reservations, vacation planning, payments, and issue resolution, including compensation resolutions and travel arrangements.

Across my customer service roles, I’ve supported customers and business operations in retail and hospitality settings. I enjoy learning new systems, improving processes, and helping create positive customer experiences.
