I’m looking to use my operational and leadership experience to lead inventory operations, improve systems, and support compliance—outside of cannabis—while growing long-term in a fast-paced, accountable environment.

I’m a goal-driven Inventory Manager with 8+ years of high-volume cannabis retail operations experience, focused on building accurate, scalable inventory systems. I’ve been recognized for developing inventory processes adopted company-wide across multiple U.S. locations.

In my most recent role, I led all inventory operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. I managed inventory orders of 1,000+ SKUs per day, oversaw an average of $1M+ in active inventory value, and handled cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation to minimize discrepancies and loss. I also maintained strict compliance using state inventory tracking systems (METRC, LeafLogix, Dutchie).

I’ve also supported delivery and business continuity, including managing both delivery operations and inventory control during COVID-19. I’m hands-on in logistics management, and I’ve built, trained, and led teams of up to 8 inventory specialists while partnering with management to streamline processes and strengthen store performance.
