Helping people has always been the center of my life;whether it’s teaching languages, supporting someone through fitness goals, or offering a safe space for emotional growth. That’s why customer support feels like a natural fit for me.

Currently, I work as an online language tutor on Preply, where I’ve learned how to build strong connections with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I’m also a certified personal trainer and a psychology student, so empathy, patience, and problem-solving come naturally to me.

On a personal note, I’m someone who believes in bringing warmth and energy into interactions. I’m bubbly, proactive, and I genuinely love helping people feel heard and supported, whether that’s through a chat message or an email. In my free time, you’ll usually find me reading, learning new things, or playing guitar and singing.
