Mariam Ioseliani

I’m a Master’s student in Development and International Cooperation Sciences at Sapienza University of Rome, building a career at the intersection of international cooperation, education, and youth work. I’ve gained hands-on experience across Europe, working on projects that prioritize meaningful participation and real-world impact.

Through my teaching and facilitation work, I’ve supported non-formal learning with children from marginalized communities and designed workshop-style activities that encourage confidence, dialogue, and skill-building. I’m especially motivated by education that connects people across cultures while creating practical opportunities for young participants.

I bring strong intercultural communication and workshop facilitation skills from experience supporting youth and international programs in Spain, Turkey, Lithuania, Ukraine, and Georgia. I’ve also worked in project collaboration settings—assisting with organizing meetings, coordinating group discussions, and contributing to international simulations and model-style learning environments.

Alongside my international work, I’ve developed a practical digital and communication mindset through social media management, online sales channel work, and guest communication roles. I’m ready to bring this combination—international cooperation focus, education experience, and digital communication skills—to a team that values collaboration, curiosity, and measurable results.
