What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can use my Italian teaching, customer support, recruiting, or back-office experience in an organized, collaborative environment.

I teach Italian online to students from beginner to advanced levels, preparing classes and curricula tailored to their learning needs.

At CLBS in Chiang Mai, I managed end-to-end recruiting processes, collected and checked documents required by Thai authorities, and supported visa processes for applicants. I also provided customer care for small and medium businesses in Italian and English through calls and written messages.

In trade promotion and luxury retail environments including DKNY and Roberto Cavalli, I supported back-office operations, showroom activities, orders, deliveries, payments, client databases, and sales campaigns.

I'm organized, precise, reliable, and communication-focused, with native Italian and advanced English and Spanish language skills.
