I’ve been working at Datavant in the United Kingdom, modifying big data to meet contractual guidelines using SQL, Snowflake, and Python. I’ve also partnered with the data engineering team to develop automation tools that streamline tasks and improve day-to-day efficiency.
Before that, I completed a Datavant internship where I worked across data pipelines and ETL, with hands-on work spanning data mapping, data governance, data privacy, and statistical analysis. I used Python for data science workflows and supported data visualization as part of analysis and reporting.
Earlier in my career, I was a Business Analyst at CureMD in Pakistan, creating sprint-based application development plans, turning workflows into user-story backlogs, and balancing delivery priorities against cost vs. benefit impact. I also managed a data labelling team and worked on process, product, and service improvements using data analysis. In biomedical research at Lahore University of Management Sciences, I worked as a computational biologist in biomedical informatics, applying ETL, statistics, and AI to support research data analysis.
