What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build data-driven CRM and automation solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency, while collaborating with stakeholders on analytics, dashboard development, and Salesforce ecosystem projects.

At Dealermatix Technologies, I design CRM Analytics solutions, predictive dashboards, and visual insights aligned to business KPIs for FMCG and Automotive clients.

I build Agentforce automation flows to streamline sales, service, and dealer operations, and use Tableau to connect Salesforce data and support dynamic data-refresh workflows. My projects include an inventory optimization dashboard for a manufacturing client and an Azure Machine Learning scheme-uplift model for an FMCG client.

Previously at Newfold Digital, I resolved technical issues across systems and translated complex problems into clear guidance for non-technical users.
