At Tata Consultancy Services, I support the TCS Research & Innovation Unit at IIT Delhi as an on-site HR Business Partner for a 100+ member innovation team. I partner with both corporate and research leadership to shape people strategy across two stakeholder environments.

I manage 200+ employee cases annually, resolving roughly 80–90% at the first level without escalation. I also run end-to-end performance cycles, lead communication for restructuring initiatives, and maintain HRIS data integrity across Ultimatix and payroll platforms.

I build and deliver 3+ Power BI and Excel dashboards each week, giving leadership timely workforce and talent insights for decision-making. I use Microsoft Copilot to accelerate HR reporting, summarisation, and employee communications.

Earlier at TCS, I owned employee lifecycle operations for a 300+ employee portfolio, sourced and closed specialised roles, and supported workforce planning. I’m looking to bring this practical HRBP playbook to a new organisation.
