I’m looking for a Senior Business Analyst role where I can lead multi-stakeholder requirements and SDLC delivery, drive high-compliance data reconciliation and migration, and improve outcomes using structured methods like DMAIC.

I’m a Senior Business Analyst with over 5 years of ICT and business analysis experience across government healthcare and telecommunications, spanning the full Software Development Life Cycle from requirements discovery through to release and post-implementation review. I lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across business process design and data migration, including directing an 8-person project delivery team through end-to-end system implementation.

I’m particularly strong at eliciting complex business and technical requirements, producing high-quality BRDs and specifications, and applying structured, risk-aware approaches (including DMAIC) to drive evidence-based decisions in regulated environments.
