At Keiser University, I created the construction management curriculum and academic structure, including course offerings, course sequencing, learning outcomes and lesson plans. I teach applied construction management and lead the program’s advisory board.
As Founder and Managing Principal of Spartan Development Leadership Group, I provide development advisory, owner’s representation and construction oversight. I evaluate budgets, scopes, contractor capabilities and execution risks, and support cost-to-complete reviews and project stabilization.
At Dalton Communities, I led construction of more than 500 scattered-site single-family homes and several residential communities. I oversaw construction, purchasing, finance and sales while coordinating trade capacity, costs and schedules.
Earlier, as Chief Estimator at Spartan Construction, I performed more than 200 estimates for residential and commercial buildings. My career has also included executive leadership at KB Home, Wellington Homes, Taylor Morrison and Pulte Homes, as well as construction management teaching.
