I'm looking to lead construction cost controls, estimating, and financial management for complex capital projects, contributing value engineering, disciplined budget oversight, and strong project delivery from pre-construction through closeout.

At A&R Construction, I own cost estimating, budget development, and financial controls for multi-million-dollar hospitality and residential projects from pre-construction through closeout. I build baseline budgets, lead value engineering, forecast cash flow, and use earned value methods to track final cost outcomes.

I audit and negotiate change orders, review payment applications and lien waivers, and support procurement and vendor risk assessment across projects with up to 111 subcontractors and vendors. My work spans RSMeans, Procore, Buildertrend, Sage, Primavera P6, BIM, and detailed quantity takeoffs.
