What I'm looking for

I’m seeking MEAL roles where I can lead adaptive learning, build logframes and digital trackers, strengthen safeguarding and accountability, and deliver donor-compliant results through clear data quality, dashboards, and capacity building.

I’m an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) professional focused on Results-Based Management, strong MEAL frameworks, and adaptive programming. I help teams design logframes and theories of change, and I translate evidence into decision-ready reporting.

I’ve improved data accuracy by 46% in emergency response projects and accelerated reporting turnaround time by 37% through Power BI dashboards and KoboToolbox trackers. I develop logframes and Theories of Change for more than 10 proposals, and I use Outcome Harvesting to capture community-driven change.

At World Vision Zimbabwe, I integrated MEAL into project lifecycles across multi-year programs—strengthening accountability mechanisms, proposal quality, and donor compliance. I facilitated 12 reflection workshops and learning reviews, supported feedback and complaints systems across 5 districts, and helped secure over USD3M in new funding stream for Cholera response.

Earlier in my career, I built MEAL systems for Cyclone Idai response and livelihoods recovery, including digital knowledge repositories and quality-assured field data reaching 98% compliance with donor reporting standards. I’m motivated by capacity building, safeguarding and governance integration, and producing practical impact stories, policy briefs, and case studies that inform policy and practice.
