At AssurX, I build and maintain production Azure infrastructure, including a hub-and-spoke topology and Azure Site Recovery across two European regions. I also delivered a RAG agent over a shared company mailbox and administer Entra ID and Intune in a controlled environment.
Through Rich Dieu IT Solutions LLC, I designed and built a client Azure foundation in PowerShell, with policy controls, private endpoints, and protected backups. At Novartis Pharmaceuticals, I remediated vulnerabilities across Windows and Linux systems and automated patching across endpoints; at Johnson & Johnson, I supported regulated laboratory systems and documented validated work under GxP change control.
