What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Logistics Analyst role where I can manage end-to-end freight payments and EXIM operations, improve cost and cycle-time performance, and apply reporting and stakeholder coordination skills in a flexible Delhi NCR environment.

I've supported freight payments, EXIM operations, transportation, and warehousing for Container World Forwarding Services Inc. and Commercial Logistics Inc. in Canada.

As a Logistics Coordinator, I reviewed carrier invoices against contractual rates, coordinated import, warehouse, and domestic dispatch activity, and prepared BOLs, invoices, and customs paperwork for compliant import/export operations. I also worked directly with carriers and freight forwarders to negotiate rates, resolve payment issues, and improve delivery performance.

In warehouse operations, I oversaw inventory flow and order fulfillment within a 600,000 sq. ft. facility, tracked KPIs, and supported load planning and scheduling.

I've since led cross-functional logistics, warehouse, and operations teams as a Project Supervisor, improving resource allocation, workflow efficiency, budget control, and communication between senior management and operational teams.
