What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to logistics or operations roles where I can coordinate shipments, resolve operational issues, maintain accurate documentation, and improve SLA and KPI performance for enterprise clients.

I've supported TELUS Canada operations at Advatix APAC Logistics, coordinating carriers, warehouse teams, clients, and purchasing teams across inbound and outbound shipments. I arrange pickups, track movement, prepare commercial invoices and packing slips, and support Bill of Lading processing.

I investigate receiving discrepancies and operational exceptions, maintain CRM and shipment records, and prepare inventory, SLA, KPI, and Weekly Business Review reports. Previously at Tech Mahindra, I was a core Pilot Team member for the TELUS program launch and developed SOPs that improved consistent handoffs and process adherence.
