At Visa Inc., I designed a six-week Product Lifecycle Management cohort for 5,000+ product managers. The first cohort had 1,400 learners, 87% completion among enrollees, and an NPS of 54; learners earned a Credly badge after applied exercises and a final assessment.
I also designed required training on Visa’s AI usage policy, completed by 800+ employees as a prerequisite for a Replit license. For Visa’s Global Sales Enablement Series, I cut production time by 30% in three months, and the program earned an average NPS of 70.
Through Richard Washam LLC, my own consultancy, I led designer for Visa Product Showcase and have authored participant and facilitator guides. Earlier, at Try It Now Training LLC, I converted 20+ instructor-led courses to asynchronous formats and developed compliance and onboarding training.
