I’ve supported network connectivity in a banking environment for multiple branches, handling first- and second-line issues and coordinating remote fixes for access problems to core banking services.

I’ve configured and maintained switches and routers to keep branch and head-office networks running reliably, while troubleshooting incidents under time pressure to minimize downtime.

I monitor network health and performance with SolarWinds and OpManager, using what I see in the tools to identify issues before they escalate, and then manage incident response and escalation when needed.

I’m currently completing my CCNA through self-paced study, and I’m looking for a remote NOC or network support role where fast, clear troubleshooting and reliability matter.
