I’m looking for a role where I can provide reliable phone/email/chat customer support and technical troubleshooting, manage inventory and e-commerce operations with Excel, and take ownership of admin tasks in a fast, organized team.

I’m a Virtual Assistant focused on Customer Support, Technical Support, and e-commerce support. I handle customer issues with accuracy and speed, delivering professional help while maintaining account confidentiality.

In my Customer Support & Technical Support Representative work, I assisted customers with phone troubleshooting and Verizon-related account upgrades and mobile service plans. I processed service activations, add-ons, and billing concerns, handled payments using service cards and credit card transactions, and kept accurate records of customer interactions and service updates.

More recently, I support Amazon Seller Operations through inventory tracking and inventory management using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. I update product availability, sizes, and item listings, assist with exchanges and damaged products (including incorrect sizing and product concerns), and coordinate shipping schedules, freight instructions, and travel booking support—while staying reliable, proactive, and ready to start immediately.
