I've led store and truck care operations at Love's Country Store and Travel Stops, managing assets, productivity, safety standards, promotions, budgets, and new-location setup. As General Manager, I opened two locations, oversaw construction, interviewed and hired store teams, and achieved revenue and profit targets.

I've built leadership benches by training team members, Operations Managers, Shift Leaders, Inventory Managers, and three General Managers. My background also includes self-employed farming and ranching, city utility oversight, law enforcement, and active-duty military service, and I'm focused on optimizing profits while creating efficient, productive environments.
